We're currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our client based in Eastbourne, on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with a light manufacturing background.

Key Responsibilities
- Building small products to specification
- Packing finished items ready for dispatch
- Carrying out specialist product cleaning (not standard cleaning)
- Ensuring all work meets quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Working independently while managing workload effectively
Requirements
- Previous experience in a light manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Good reliability and a positive, can-do attitude
