What is the role?
You will support the development of new and existing programmes, creating enrichment opportunities with new schools while maintaining strong relationships with our current schools. You will plan and deliver themed enrichment days and workshops for primary and secondary pupils, as well as college and university students across Sussex. You will also ensure high-quality learning materials are in place for each programme or event, including session plans, resources, delivery materials and assessment procedures.

To thrive in this role, you will have experience delivering and facilitating educational workshops and programmes. You will be able to use a range of teaching approaches for whole classes, small groups and individuals to engage, challenge and motivate students. You will be a confident presenter with strong communication skills and must hold a valid FA Safeguarding Children Certificate.
