They're looking for a Site Manager to lead a 200-unit traditional build development in a sought-after West Sussex setting. You’ll have the support of an Assistant Site Manager beneath you, alongside a Project Manager overseeing the scheme - giving you the structure to focus on delivering a well‑run, high‑performing site.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the day‑to‑day running of a 200-unit traditional build development
- Setting and maintaining high standards across build quality, site presentation, and safety
- Keeping the programme moving, solving problems early, and keeping trades aligned
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors and holding them to account
- Taking ownership of NHBC inspections and ensuring everything is right first time
- Creating an environment where the team takes pride in what they’re delivering
