We're working with a fast-growing service business looking to add a Facilities Coordinator / Project Coordinator to their operations team. This is a key role supporting the delivery of maintenance, projects, and contractor management across multiple client sites. This isn't a traditional facilities role; it's ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, coordination, and getting things done.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing planned maintenance schedules across multiple sites
- Coordinating contractors and suppliers
- Handling complex and high-priority jobs from start to finish
