Role 1: Pre-school Room Leader
Salary Range: up to £34,000/year DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a classroom team to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations.
- Delegate tasks effectively while acting as a positive role model.
- Deputise for the management team when required.
- Observe, assess, and plan for individual child development using a designated nursery app.
- Maintain paperwork in strict accordance with EYFS and Ofsted standards.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or a Montessori Diploma (Essential).
- Experience: 1+ years of experience leading a room within a nursery setting in the UK.
- Skills: Extensive EYFS knowledge, good ICT abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Role 2: Nursery Practitioner
Salary Range: up to £29,000/year DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a designated group of key children, tracking and monitoring their progress.
- Create engaging, creative learning experiences to extend children's development.
- Build strong, professional partnerships with parents and carers.
- Utilise the nursery app for tracking (Full training provided).
Requirements
- Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or a Montessori Diploma (Essential).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of previous experience working in an early years nursery setting in the UK.
- Skills: Strong understanding of safeguarding, EYFS guidelines, and fluent English.
