Teacher Requirements
The ideal candidate will be able to plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons that focus pupils on class work and engage them in school. You will need to have an excellent understanding of the Early Years curriculum and will be able to adapt this to varying ability levels in the class. This school has a key focus on Phonics, so the appropriate candidate must be confident and effective in planning and delivering tailored lessons to ensure progression is being made by all pupils.
