Permanent | Monday - Friday 40 hours per week - £13.58 per hour

Footsteps Nursery Cannock is located in Orbital Plaza on Bridge Street in Cannock, the same plaza where the iconic Holiday Inn Tower can be seen, south of Cannock Town Centre. Conveniently situated we have fantastic transport links to the A5, A460, A34 and M6 Toll, allowing easy access for work commuters and families from neighbouring towns and villages.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Deliver learning experiences and planned activities for a key group that provides outstanding opportunities for the children
  • Work within a team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children
  • Work in partnership with parents to ensure the outcomes for children are met
  • Assess and report on children's progress to ensure continued development
  • Be passionate, inspiring and work effectively within a team and have a hands-on approach to your own professional learning and development
  • To be fun, caring and friendly
  • To promote a high-quality learning environment

Requirements:

  • Passion and commitment to working in childcare
  • Ability to work shifts between 7:30-6:00pm Monday to Friday
  • Commitment to continual development
  • Have sound knowledge of EYFS
  • NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, NVQ level 2 or 3, EY Educator
