We're looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 HR Consultant to support and improve a live HR system within D365 Finance & Operations (HR module). This hands‑on role focuses on stabilising the system, resolving issues, optimising configuration, and documenting processes following the departure of internal specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues (workflows, automations, integrations, DocuSign)
  • Configure and optimise D365 HR / F&O setup
  • Conduct discovery and document processes, configurations, and integrations
  • Run stakeholder workshops and act as a bridge between business and technical teams
  • Train internal staff and provide clear knowledge transfer
  • Support integrations with external systems and Power Automate (desirable)

Key Skills

  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 HR / F&O
  • Functional and technical expertise with hands‑on configuration
  • Proven experience in live system support/stabilisation
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills

Desirable

  • Power Automate, DocuSign, and CRM/onboarding integrations experience
  • Experience with HR system transitions or replacements
