We are currently recruiting for PE Teachers to join a busy team in Leicester and Leicestershire, ready to start the next academic year in September. Registration for September is now open, so apply now to secure a role. We have an exclusive agreement with the Lionheart Academies Trust and other Leicestershire‑based schools, which have a huge demand for teachers for day‑to‑day, long‑term, and permanent roles. This teacher position will start immediately and will be ongoing, based around your availability and other commitments.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Day‑to‑day work: cover daily absences at local schools.
  • Short‑term cover: for several weeks.
  • Part‑time and full‑time work.
  • Long‑term work: planning and marking in your specialist subject.
  • Permanant work.

The daily work will involve teaching a general mix of subjects across multiple schools in your local area. Long‑term work will require greater involvement with planning and marking.

Qualifications

  • UK QTS.
  • Relevant teaching experience across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 is beneficial).
  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willing to apply for one).
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a team.

Benefits

  • Refer a friend scheme: earn £250 for each teacher referred who completes 20 days, £100 for each teaching assistant.
