We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician Craft 1+ to join the Technical Services team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will carry out electrical maintenance and installation works across a variety of domestic and commercial properties. This role requires a reliable and skilled electrician who can work independently while maintaining high safety and workmanship standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical maintenance and repair work
  • Complete electrical installations in domestic and commercial properties
  • Conduct fire alarm testing and maintenance
  • Perform emergency lighting testing and inspections
  • Diagnose faults and complete remedial works
  • Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards
  • Complete job records and relevant documentation accurately
  • Work professionally when interacting with tenants, staff, and members of the public

Essential Requirements

  • Fully qualified electrician
  • Experience working within domestic and commercial environments
  • Knowledge of electrical maintenance and installation practices
  • Experience with fire alarm and emergency lighting systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
