Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to join a leading home improvement and specialist construction business delivering high-value residential projects across Scotland? We are recruiting for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to support the successful delivery of domestic installation projects including windows, doors, living spaces and external home improvements.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of project costing, subcontractor payments, valuations, variations and margin control within a fast-paced environment. The successful Quantity Surveyor will work closely with operational teams, installers and suppliers to ensure all works are delivered efficiently, profitably and to the highest standards.
