A fast-growing, clinically led dental group is looking for a welcoming and organised Dental Receptionist to join its team in Doncaster. Founded by four clinicians who remain actively involved in the business, this is a dental brand built around doing things the right way, by putting patients first, supporting its people, and growing sustainably without compromising its values. Over the past 18 months, the group has expanded by five new sites across Yorkshire while continuing to build an ethical, patient-focused reputation across both NHS and private dentistry.
The Role
Working within a busy mixed NHS and private practice, the Dental Receptionist will play a key role in delivering an outstanding patient experience and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. This role would suit someone who is professional, personable, highly organised, and confident managing a fast-paced front‑of‑house environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming NHS and private patients into the practice
- Managing appointment bookings and diary coordination
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Handling patient payments and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting clinicians and the wider practice team with administration
- Managing patient communications and recalls
- Ensuring reception and waiting areas remain professional and organised
- Supporting the smooth daily operation of the practice
About You
- Previous reception or customer service experience
- Dental reception experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
