We are working with a Central London based client on the hire of a Head of Learning & Development. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading learning and talent initiatives across the UK and European region. Working closely with regional leads and reporting to the HR Director, you will identify development needs and design and deliver learning programmes, implementing strategies that attract, develop and retain high performing talent.
Driving improvements in capability, retention and engagement, you will operate in a complex multi-national regulatory and cultural environment. With an understanding of recruitment processes, you will have an active part in supporting hiring activities, ensuring the alignment of development pathways, onboarding and early career programmes.
The successful candidate will be a strong partner to the HR function, and able to collaborate with regional business leaders to identify key roles and succession planning. You will be a strong learning and development professional ideally with experience globally. You will have at least 10-15 years of relevant experience.
