This is a commercially focused position where you’ll represent the business with authority, build strong broker relationships and have a direct hand in shaping the underwriting approach. You’ll work closely with key brokers, identify profitable opportunities, and help onboard new partners across the UK. What you’ll do:
- You’ll act as a senior representative of the MGA to brokers and capacity partners, building and maintaining strong relationships with key regional and independent commercial brokers.
- You’ll identify profitable books suitable for transfer, support onboarding of new broker partners and conduct broker visits. As such you must be happy to travel across the UK when needed.
What you’ll need:
- You must have a good commercial or Residential Property underwriting background, ideally from an MGA or Underwriting Agency with a trading or development underwriting background.
- You must be a real people person, who is bright, outgoing and able to sell/build relationships.
