My client seeks to recruit a seasoned desktop support engineer - you will join a team supporting in the investigation and resolution of Desktop issues in a 1st / 2nd line capacity, acting as a central escalation point in resolving and ensuring that SLA's are adhered to.

Previous experience of supporting Exec / C-Suite users, providing a white glove service is a must! This prestige customer site requires an onsite presence, working within a team and supporting during the hours of 08.00-18.00 (rota basis).

Strong communication skills are essential to complement your technical skills:

  • Windows Operating Systems
  • PC & Laptop hardware setup, configuration and support
  • Apple knowledge primarily iPhones and iPads
  • Network understanding
