Due to their continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Design Engineer to join their team. The Role
As a design engineer, you will be responsible for producing detailed designs and manufacturing documentation for stainless steel and sheet metal products used within a specialist machinery environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Producing 3D designs using Inventor software.
- Creating general arrangement drawings.
- Producing detailed manufacturing drawings and Bills of Materials.
- Ensuring all designs meet required specifications and standards.
- Liaising with suppliers and customers to support design development and approvals.
Requirements
- Previous experience using Inventor.
- 3D AutoCAD 2D experience preferred.
- Ability to produce manufacturing drawings and layouts for sheet metal products.
- Experience working with stainless steel products.
