Support Worker Across Kettering Centre, Burton Latimer, Thrapston and Desborough

Days Permanent - Full Time Roles £12.71 from 1st April

Essential that you have a FULL Manual UK driving Licence as you use company vehicles.

We have Full Time Roles across Kettering Centre (Rockingham Road), Burton Latimer, Thrapston and Desborough.

FULL TIME DAYS 37.5hrs a week. Shifts are working both Earlies and Lates, 5 x 7.5hr shifts a week, both 7.00am-2.30pm and 2.30pm-10pm (Includes alternative weekends).

£12.71

DETAILS INCLUDE:

  • Overtime available across a number of services.
  • Fixed Shift pattern, so you can always be able to plan your work/life balance.
  • Permanent Contract, guaranteed hours.
  • Working in a modern facility for an excellent company.

You will be tasked with assisting with the residents' care plan, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents. Ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that individuals' rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • One Year minimum experience of working in a social care environment (Essential).
  • Must have a FULL UK Manual Driving Licence.
  • Have a caring nature and possess a willingness to develop new skills.
