We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Residential Site Engineer to join a busy and growing team on residential developments in Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer with strong setting out and surveying experience to work on high-volume housing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting out for roads, sewers, drainage, foundations, kerbing, and plot works
  • Ensuring works are completed accurately and to specification
  • Carrying out site surveys and maintaining QA records
  • Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and clients
  • Producing as-built drawings and maintaining site documentation
  • Monitoring health & safety compliance on site
  • Using Leica/Topcon GPS and robotic instruments

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Site Engineer within residential groundworks
  • Strong knowledge of roads and sewers packages
  • Proficient with GPS equipment and AutoCAD
  • CSCS card essential
  • SMSTS or SSSTS beneficial
  • Full UK driving licence
