General Labourer (must hold valid CSCS) Kettering, Northampton ASAP until the end of August 2026 Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm £13.50 per hour, paid weekly.

We have a great opportunity to work with a huge business who are setting up their new premises in Kettering. We are seeking reliable and physically capable Operatives to support MHE Testing activities on-site.

The role involves:

  • Manual loading and unloading of test parcels/packages onto conveyor units.
  • Applying labels/stickers accurately to test parcels/packages.

Key Requirements:

  • CSCS Card - valid and in-date
  • Steel Toecap Safety Shoes

Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience in manual handling or similar physical roles is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, and willingness to carry out repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 8am - 4pm with one hour for lunch, this may change slightly depending on deadlines
  • Induction: Conducted on Day One
  • Environment: Physical work, repetitive but not heavy lifting
  • PPE: Steel toecap boots required; other PPE will be provided as needed
