We are looking for an experienced retail leader to join our Edinburgh store on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. As Deputy Store Manager you will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience, achieve store KPIs and develop a high‑performing team.

  • Assist the Store Manager with day‑to‑day store operation and KPI achievement.
  • Lead, motivate and develop supervisors and sales assistants, setting a positive example.
  • Support the delivery of an exceptional in‑store experience for new and expectant parents.
  • Champion an inclusive and welcoming environment for all customers and staff.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor, Deputy or Assistant Manager in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to drive KPI achievement and develop a motivated team.
  • Passion for creating memorable moments for customers.
