The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our dedicated team in Dartford. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and staff performance are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and motivate staff teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Deputy Manager within a care home setting
  • Previous experience in elderly residential or nursing care
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding practices
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional care and support
