The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our dedicated team in Dartford. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and staff performance are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the care home
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation
- Promote high-quality, person-centred care for residents
- Recruit, develop, and motivate staff teams
- Manage budgets, occupancy, and overall home performance
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
- Maintain a positive, safe, and supportive environment for residents and staff
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Deputy Manager within a care home setting
- Previous experience in elderly residential or nursing care
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding practices
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
