A highly regarded independent preparatory school in West London is seeking an experienced and compassionate Deputy Head (Pastoral) to join their senior leadership team on a maternity cover basis from September 2026. The Role:
- Lead on all aspects of pastoral care and pupil wellbeing across the school
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture
- Oversee behaviour, safeguarding, and pastoral systems

- Support and contribute to the wider strategic leadership of the school
