Are you an enthusiastic Depot Manager or Supervisor/Hire Manager ready to join a leading business who are experts in the field of Power Generation and lead their Uxbridge depot to success? As a Branch Manager, your role is to deliver the right temporary power solution for customers, whatever the scale or complexity of the project. The Uxbridge depot has a strong focus on providing temporary power to the events sector, so experience in that field would be great.
You will be responsible for overseeing Sales and Operations within your depot in Uxbridge, alongside managing and mentoring a team of 10 staff. Your role as Depot Manager is to foster a positive work environment, training, motivating and developing your team members to deliver outstanding results.
Qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in a managerial/supervisory role within a rental business
- Driven and commercially astute
- Ability to interpret data to evaluate business performance
- Great people skills management with the ability to develop and motivate your team
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- IT literate
