Salary: Up to 16.50ph DOE

Working Hours: Full Time; 41.75 hrs

  • Monday 08:45-18:00
  • Tuesday 08:45-19:00
  • Wednesday 08:45-18:00
  • Thursday 08:45-18:00
  • Friday 08:15-16:00

Practice information: Mixed practice, SOE software, 5mins walk from train station, good bus routes, free parking on local roads (less than 5mins walk)

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the front desk and welcoming patients
  • Booking and managing appointments and clinician diaries
  • Answering telephone and email enquiries
  • Processing payments and managing patient accounts
  • Managing recalls and follow-up appointments
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Liaising closely with dentists and dental nurses
  • Ensuring reception runs efficiently and professionally
