MBR Dental are currently assisting an independent private dental practice in North West London to recruit an experienced Dental Practice Manager for a permanent full-time opportunity.
What’s on Offer
- Full-time permanent position
- Monday to Friday: 8:45am - 5:45pm
- Alternate Saturdays required (with a day off in the week)
- Salary from £40,000 per annum depending on experience
- Immediate start available

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, supporting business growth, team development, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operational management of the practice
- Ensuring systems and procedures run effectively and efficiently
- Leading, motivating, and developing the practice team
- Managing HR duties and practice compliance
- Monitoring KPIs, P&L performance, and stock control
- Supporting marketing initiatives and patient feedback processes
- Increasing private revenue and treatment uptake
- Working closely with the Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
- Improving treatment conversion and patient journey performance through coaching and process improvement
About You
- Minimum 2 years UK dental practice management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Patient-focused, organised, and self-motivated
- Experience within a private dental setting preferred
- Confident managing team performance and operational targets
- Valid DBS required
Practice Information
Independent private dental practice, 2-surgery, fully computerised practice. Services include General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants, and Orthodontics.
