This is a lovely temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced CSR to join a friendly team and deliver a first class service to the firm's customers.

The Role

  • Responding to queries on the telephone and via email
  • Building relationships with customers
  • Supporting the sales team, upselling products where appropriate
  • Working as part of a friendly team
  • Maintaining compliance and necessary data
  • Liaising with internal and external colleagues
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as required

You will need:

  • Experience in providing first class customer service
  • Ideally telephone based experience - call centre/contact centre or inbound/outbound calls
  • First rate communication skills, able to build rapport with customers
  • Some experience of handling complaints and resolving issues amicably and successfully
  • Team player attitude and computer literacy

This temporary role is office based five days a week, paying £13 an hour. The intention is very much for the successful temporary hire to prove themselves and transition into a permanent contract. This is a lovely opportunity to join a growing successful friendly business that looks after its people.
