Search Construction is currently working with a number of high profile constructions who are working on a wide range of exciting new projects in 2026 throughout Edinburgh, Lothians and Borders areas. Search Construction has requirements for experienced Demolition Labourers for a refurbishment project in North Berwick.

Requirements:

  • Provide a valid CSCS card
  • Provide details of your working knowledge of demolition practices
  • Using Grinders, Breakers, Skill saws and hammers
  • Work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Be reliable and used to working the hours required
  • Be flexible and able to prioritise tasks
  • Provide 2 working references

Duties will include:

  • Working in a team
  • Removing rubble floor by floor
  • Internal demolition works
  • General tidy up of site
  • Other associated tasks

Pay Rate: £14.53 including holiday or £16.75 per hour Umbrella.
