We’ve got a brand new opportunity for a Day Shift Engineer to join our client on a high end commercial site based in the West End! This is a brilliant chance to work for a market leading service provider who are well renowned for progressing their engineers further in their career. This is a static role, following a continental shift pattern (Day shift only).
As a Day Shift Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant systems, troubleshoot / fault find, diagnose faults, carry out compliance tasks, liaise with contractors and update site logbooks.
Day Shift Engineer Duties:- PPM and Reactive Maintenance
- Electrical Fault-Finding, Single & Three Phase Power, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, BMS Operation, AHUs, FCUs, Generators, VAV/VRFs, Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc.), Cooling Towers, Pumps & Motors
- Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations
- Communicate with the client
- City and Guilds / NVQ (Or equivalent) in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Apprentice trained (Desirable)
- Building service maintenance experience
- At least 3 years experience within commercial building services
- £48,000 per annum
- Private health and dental care provided
- Continental shift pattern (Day shift pattern)
- Internal progression
- Overtime available
- 20 days annual leave
- Company pension
- Additional training
