Workforce Manufacturing are working in partnership with a leading precision engineering manufacturer based in Daventry, specialising in high-performance automotive components and advanced fabrication work. Due to continued growth and increased demand, they are looking to add a skilled TIG Welder to their team on a permanent basis. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a modern, high-spec environment working on quality-driven, precision products used within performance and specialist engineering sectors.
The Role
- TIG welding of high-precision components and assemblies
- Working with stainless steel, aluminium, and titanium materials
- Producing clean, high-quality welds with strong visual standards
- Reading and working accurately from engineering drawings
- Supporting both prototype and production work
- Working to tight tolerances in a quality-focused environment
- Maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards throughout
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong TIG welding experience (all levels considered)
- Confident reading engineering drawings
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, consistent and quality-driven approach
- Experience in automotive, motorsport, aerospace or precision engineering environments advantageous
- Titanium welding experience highly desirable (top end rate consideration)
- Aluminium welding experience also beneficial
