Leading from the front in this role, your day to day duties would include, but are not limited to:
- Compiling staff rotas.
- Dealing with leave requests and arranging cover when necessary.
- Planning workloads.
- Allocating tasks and monitoring progress against targets.
- Briefing teams on new initiatives, changes to targets and company news.
- Maintaining safety standards.
- Training staff and ensuring training is up to date.
- Ensuring that quality standards are upheld.
- Conducting performance reviews.
- Customer liaison.
- Overseeing business audits.
Previous supervisory experience is essential as well as previous MHE use such as PPT or FLT. SAP knowledge is advantageous.
