Barker Ross is recruiting a Line Leader for a fast-paced co-pack operation in Daventry.

The Role
As a Line Leader, you'll take ownership of the production line, leading a team to meet targets while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role where your leadership will directly impact performance and team success.
Shift Details
06:00 - 14:00
12.71 to 14.21 per hour – once training has been completed successfully (you will be required to begin as a line operative).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support your team.
- Drive production to meet daily targets and product specifications.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and quality.
- Complete accurate records and paperwork using IT/WMS systems.
- Support audits and compliance checks.
- Train and develop new team members.
- Act as a role model for best practices on the shop floor.
- Work alongside your team, hands-on, when needed.
