In this role, you’ll deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the teacher, manage classroom behaviour, and help maintain a positive and focused learning environment. You’ll support students in staying engaged and on task, working across various subjects and year groups making each day different, dynamic, and rewarding.

  • Confident, calm, and approachable individuals
  • Ability to manage groups of students effectively
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in a school or working with young people is a plus but not essential!
