United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is looking for a Triage and Prevention Officer in Dartford. In this role, you will provide frontline housing options advice and conduct statutory homelessness assessments to help prevent and relieve homelessness.
The ideal candidate will have experience in housing options and a strong knowledge of the Housing Act 1996 and the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.
The contract is for a minimum of 3 to 6 months, with 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
