JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Proficiency in commercial real estate and financing transactions pertaining to mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail, hotel, resort, and other types of buildings.
- Drafting and negotiating contracts pertaining to financial and real estate transactions, such as development-related agreements, property management agreements, easements, CC&Rs, licenses, leases, loan agreements, and buy and sale agreements.
- Strong communication and writing abilities are necessary.
- While not necessary, joint venture and real estate development experience is a plus.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- J.D. from a recognized legal education institution.
- Admission to and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- 3+ years experience within real estate.
- Shown capacity to oversee all aspects of a transaction on their own.
