Our Customer Solutions Centre Advisors are the face of Solus and work closely with Aviva, demonstrating our values and work principles. You will be the first point of contact for customers over the telephone, helping them get back to normal during a potentially difficult time. With training provided, you will be able to carry out a basic diagnosis on a vehicle and provide the best repair solution for each customer.

As part of a supportive and collaborative team, you’ll identify opportunities to promote customer satisfaction and help embed a customer‑focused culture both in our contact centre in Warrington and across our 25 UK sites. You’ll provide phone assistance and basic vehicle diagnostics, ensuring that no two customers are the same and that we keep our focus on 'getting people back to normal'.
