The Role

Our Customer Solutions Centre Advisors are the face of Solus and work closely with Aviva, demonstrating our values and work principles. You will be the first point of contact for customers over the telephone helping them get back to normal during a potentially difficult time. With the training provided you will be able to carry out a basic diagnosis on a vehicle and provide the best repair.
