Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of providing excellent customer service
  • Natural problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous Customer Service experience is essential
  • Can learn and apply technical concepts
  • Good working knowledge of CRMs

Responsibilities:

  • The main focus will be to deal with a range of engineer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Ensuring a high-quality service is always a key focus, providing 1st time resolution
  • Understanding customers' situations and being able to deal with the situation effectively and in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all queries are answered within a set time frame and KPIs and SLAs are adhered to and met

Benefits:

  • £28,500 per annum plus overtime and bonus
  • Shifts between 8am and 6pm and will include 1 in 4 Saturdays
