Customer Service Advisor(s) Required! Interviews week commencing 4th May 2026 with start dates in May 2026!

The Best Connection are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisor(s) to work at East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in the call centre and customer service department with a global leader in logistics, distribution and supply chain management, with full Aviation Training provided.

Pay: £14.73 per hour
Overtime Pay: £22.10 after 40 hours
Hours: 37.5 hours a week, shifts Monday to Friday between 07:00 - 19:15
Hybrid Office and Working from Home: until January 2027 (dependent on performance + personal preference)
Full Office Working: from January 2027
Location: East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington

All Training Provided: 2 weeks onsite training, 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Duration: Ongoing, Temporary
Accessible via: the Skylink Bus Route
Free Parking Provided

Vetting for a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Be willing to apply for a DBS Check (Paid for by us!)
  • Have a 5 year checkable work history (Obtained for you by us!)

Role and Requirements of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Experience of working with MS Word and Excel (desirable)
  • Experience working within a Customer Service environment (required)
  • Handling Customer queries (by telephone or electronically)
  • Liaising with Network Contacts and Customers
  • Using in-house data systems
  • Data Entry
  • Meeting company KPI's
