Hybrid working once training is complete (you have to be in office 5 days a week until training is complete).

What will you be doing?

As one of our Customer Service Agents, you will be at the front-line of our exceptional team who ensure that our social housing customers are kept warm and comfortable throughout the year. Our Customer Service Team deliver inbound telephone support and assistance to our customers and, with the backup of our technical experts, help to solve their problems.

The Company offers support and encouragement to each employee, through extensive training and development allowing you to progress within your chosen field; whether this is as one of our Customer Service Representatives or within one of our many internal progression opportunities.
