Based in Canary Wharf, my client is looking to recruit a Danish Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join the busy team. Training is completed in the office and then it will move to a hybrid working model.
Hours: 40 hours between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £28,120 - £29,948 per annum
Location: Canary Wharf
Hybrid working: This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls for both sales and service calls
- Handle service requests in the applications system supplied by the client
- Generate sales through understanding customer needs and creating desire
- Cancel, modify or confirm holidays already sold
- Upsell additional products, services and extended stays
Person Spec:
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Excellent customer service
- Willing to help and resolve queries
