Our client, a reputable multi-site automotive accident repair centre in Cheltenham, is seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service Advisor to join their busy bodyshop team. The successful individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing workshop communication, and maintaining strong customer relationships within a fast-paced environment. - Competitive salary of up to £28,500-£34,000 per annum, dependent on experience and current earnings

Duties of a Customer Service Advisor
- Welcome customers in a courteous and professional manner, establishing positive relationships
- Book vehicles into the workshop for repairs and liaise with managers to track progress
- Keep customers informed about repair status and estimated completion times
- Organise onward travel arrangements and assist customers throughout their vehicle repair process
- Hand over repaired vehicles accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, updating skills through manufacturer-led training
- Upsell relevant repairs and approved products through a professional sales approach
- Ensure tidy working environment and accurate administration of customer and workshop records
Requirements of a Customer Service Advisor
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Advisor, ideally within the automotive sector
- Exceptional organisational and IT skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience working on a customer service desk is essential
