Net Temps are currently recruiting labourers for a busy modular build factory based in Wincham, Northwich (CW9). The ideal candidate must have experience with manual labour on site and have a CSCS card.

Hours: 6:45am-4:45pm Monday- Thursday, 6:45am-3:30pm Fridays.

Pay: £15 per hour dependant on experience, plus holiday pay. This is a temp to perm position, so after 12 weeks the client would look to award you with a permanent contract. Due to this, please apply with a full CV.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform physical labour helping to make modular homes.
  • Fitting windows, installation and flooring.
  • Ensure that the job site is clean and safe for others at all times.
  • Basic painting and plastering.
  • Use of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment needed for construction projects.
  • Loading and unloading construction materials.
  • Assembling modular builds.
Requirements:
  • MUST have CSCS card.
  • Previous experience labouring on site.
  • Must have own transport to site due to the location.

Modular construction is a process where buildings are constructed within controlled plant conditions before being transported and assembled at a final location. Our client is the leading specialist modular home producer within the area and are offering long term temp to perm work.
