What You’ll Be Doing:- Supporting the day-to-day administration of a busy legal practice
- Managing data entry and maintaining accurate client records
- Professionally answering and directing phone calls
- Welcoming clients and providing a warm, professional first impression
- Organising files, documents, and correspondence
- Coordinating appointments and team schedules
- Assisting fee earners and supporting various departments as needed
- A proactive, self-motivated team player
