The successful candidate will help run the CRM and marketing and help the company get the most of the sales database. Responsibilities

  • Analyse and maintain the company's digital marketing and CRM system.
  • Collect and analyse customer data, identify trends and patterns, ensure data integrity.
  • Make recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the company's CRM (HubSpot) and marketing strategy.
  • Use HubSpot to store and analyse customer data to provide insights into how customers interact within the business.
  • Assess the effectiveness of marketing, sales, and customer service efforts and adjust your strategy accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Must be experienced in HubSpot.
  • Google Analytics experience preferred.

Compensation and Location

  • Salary: £50k–£65k.
