Hybrid Credit Controller position based in Wythenshawe, with 3 days in office and 2 days working from home. The role reports to the Credit Manager and will be allocated a personal ledger and client base within an existing team of 8. Immediate start.

Responsibilities

  • Chase payments by phone, letter and email to secure revenue and reduce debtor days.
  • Build rapport with clients to maintain and improve ledger balances.
  • Negotiate payment terms and resolve billing and invoice enquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and support the team’s credit control objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Credit Control or a comparable financial role.
  • Strong customer‑service skills with proven ability to resolve queries quickly.
  • Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Able to travel to Wythenshawe office three days a week and work a hybrid schedule.
  • Self‑motivated with a can‑do attitude and the drive to improve debt recovery.
