THE CANDIDATE:
- Self-motivated Lead Designer with drive and determination.
- Fully proficient using software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator).
- Strong client relationship skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated person who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent time management to independently prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Print, POS, Merchandising, Shelf-displays and Branding.
- Business Development skills are highly desirable as you will own the growth of the revenue for the Studio / Artwork.
THE ROLE:
- Bring leadership skills, head up the studio and manage staff responsibilities.
- Develop existing business and drive new opportunities.
- Strong communication skills as you will lead client meetings and relationships.
- Take and understand a client brief, then manage the project through to fulfilment with the assistance of Artworkers.
- Hands-on role requiring a proactive attitude.
- Meet client deadlines in a professional manner.
