You
- Previous experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor or Property Surveyor.
- Experience working within social housing/residential housing stock.
- Strong knowledge of building pathology and property components.
- Comfortable using tablets and asset management software.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
