Our client manufactures high performance, protective footwear used in hazardous environments. Due to an upturn in work and a very busy period, they are looking to hire someone on a temp basis to support their production. You will be joining a close-knit production team, working in a fast-paced environment and play a key part in delivering products that protect people at work.
Hours of work are 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, at their production facility in Crawley.
You will be:
- Producing protective footwear to high quality standards
- Inspecting products and carrying out quality checks
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Supporting production targets and team performance
- Identifying and reporting defects or improvements
- Assisting with equipment care and basic maintenance
This is a hands-on role involving manual handling, dexterity, and standing for extended periods.
Experience required:
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- A reliable team player with a proactive attitude
