Driver Hire Gatwick is currently recruiting a Class 2 Driver to join our team, working with one of our long-established and reputable clients based in Crawley. This is a Monday to Friday role delivering high-quality linen products to hotels, restaurants, and hospitality venues. Routes vary across London and the South West, offering variety and consistent work.
The Role
- Up to 15-20 deliveries per shift, depending on route distance
- Start times between 04:30 and 08:00, Monday to Friday
- Safe loading and unloading of goods
- Completion and accuracy of all delivery paperwork
- Daily vehicle checks in line with health & safety regulations
- Ensuring full compliance with all driving regulations
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Minimum 1 year Class 2 driving experience
- No more than 6 penalty points (no major endorsements CD/IN/DR/TT)
- Must live within 15 miles of Crawley
- Good navigational skills
- Right to work in the UK
- A responsible and safety-focused approach to driving
